"Been trying to get an insurance quote for the past 3 days. Im told i would get a call back and then dont hear anything back at all. The second day i had to ask for a new agent bc the first one didnt understand the part where i said i needed a quote asap. Then today i was told that the second agent would call me back shortly.. hours later still nothing so then i have to call back again and again and now all of a sudden the first agent was helping me again instead of the second and once we got far enough, the agent wasnt even experienced enough on the insurance that i needed and he knew that 2 days ago when i initially called so my time has been wasted over the past 3 days trying to get a quote when i would have had one the same day at any other state farm. Then im told i was gonna get a call back after the experienced agent got out of a meeting and still nothing! I wont even consider this place again in the future for any of my businesses or vehicles. Zero urgency, zero communication."

The agent, Jeff Danielson, delivered the highest quality service I have experienced from an insurance professional (I am 74 and have dealt with many)!! He educated me on important risks, legal issues and policy benefits/weaknesses which protect ME, as no other agent ever has. I highly recommend him. Lery Lopez who greeted me when I entered made me i feel at home right away, with a big smile on her face. I'm sure everyone at this branch is awesome but I particularly appreciate William, the lovely gentleman that helped me with my auto insurance policy. He was so helpful and very patient and nice.
